The website and any and all content, software, services, and functionality offered through or on the website are referred to in this Agreement as the “TGL Platform.” The TGL Platform is made available to you subject to your agreement to this Agreement. This Agreement does not apply to websites, apps, destinations, or other offerings that we do not own or control, even if they are linked to from the Service.
