THIS CONTRACT, is made at Knoxville, Iowa, this day of , 20 , (the “Effective Date”) by and between THRIVE Knoxville, (collectively, hereinafter referred to as the “THRIVE”) and the City of Knoxville, property owners of Auld Park, Knoxville, Iowa, 50138 (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). The foregoing Parties may be referred to individually herein as “Party” and collectively herein as “Parties.”
