This Educational Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Dallas College, a Texas political subdivision of higher education with administrative offices located at 1601 Botham Jean Boulevard, Dallas, Texas 75215 (“College” or “Dallas College”), and the Dallas Independent School District, an independent school district organized under the laws of the State of Texas with offices located at 9400 North Central Expressway Dallas, Texas 75231 (“District” or “DISD”). The College and the District may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
