A deposit of $2500.00 is required. A rental fee of $201.44 per month will be charged, with a one month minimum. Water usage will be determined by reading the meter before and after completion of the project. The construction water use fee is $4.85 per 100 cubic feet. The renter is fully responsible for the care of and, return of the meter. If the meter is stolen, lost or damaged, the renter will be invoiced for replacement of the meter.
