If you, the “Customer”, choose to offer Banking Products in connection with the tax compliance Software or Online Services (simply referred to as “CrossLink Software” hereinafter) from CPTS then you must agree to and comply with the terms of this Banking Products Enrollment Agreement (this “Agreement”). By enrolling with an Approved Integrated Banking Product Provider and offering Banking Products in connection with the CrossLink Software, Customer and all affiliates, agents and related parties of such customer, certifies agreement to all terms set forth below. If Customer is an entity, the person enrolling Customer represents that he or she is authorized to accept agreements on behalf of Customer.
