THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the 1st day of January 2021, by and between Gwinnett County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia acting by and through its duly elected Board of Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and City of Lawrenceville, Georgia a CDBG subrecipient organization (either a participating municipality in the Gwinnett County Urban County CDBG Program, a quasi-local government agency, a local housing authority, or a private non-profit organization), hereinafter referred to as the "Subrecipient," located within the confines of the Gwinnett County, Georgia, and/or serving CDBG-eligible residents of Gwinnett County; The approval of the award of CDBG funds included in this Agreement by the County occurred on the 17th day of November, 2021and represents a subaward of federal funds, as defined in 2 CFR 200.92.
