THIS AGREEMENT, dated this day of April, 2023, is between the City of Bloomington, IL (hereinafter “CITY”) and Mississippi Lime Company (hereinafter “VENDOR”). CITY and VENDOR may hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “PARTIES” and individually as the “PARTY”.
