On behalf of Applicant Gillette Wing (the “Applicant”), please find enclosed a Construction Management Agreement attached at Tab A. As outlined in the Applicant's Prehearing Statement, the Applicant worked with a group of neighbors to draft and execute a Construction Management Agreement in order to diminish any construction-related impact on the surrounding properties. See BZA Ex. No. 33. The final agreement is executed by the Applicant and eight nearby neighbors.1
