THIS END-USER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Background Data, Inc. (its parent, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, insurers, employees and agents) (jointly, “Background Data”) and the Company who has signed the Execution page at the end of this agreement (its parent, subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, insurers, employees and agents (jointly “End- User”). This Agreement shall be effective on the date of last signature below (the “Effective Date”).
