These are the INSTANA TERMS OF SERVICE, (together with any Order Form or Program Agreement, the “Agreement”) between Instana Inc., a Delaware Company (“Instana”) and your company (“Cli- ent”), governing the use of the Service, as defined herein. Acceptance of this Agreement indicates acceptance of the Instana Privacy Policy (www.instana.com/privacy_policy), which is incorporated herein by reference.
