The iGEM Team identified above (“Team”) led by Team Instructor identified above (“Instructor”) from Participant School(s) identified above desire to participate in the High School Track of the iGEM 2015 Competition (“Program”). In the event that the team plans to conduct some or all of their laboratory work at a high school, college or university, and as a condition of allowing the Team to participate in the Program, iGEM requires that the Department Head responsible for the laboratory used by the Team (“Department Head”) agree to the terms of this Department Head Consent Agreement.
