This Agreement is made this day of , 2016, by and between the TOWN OF NEW FAIRFIELD, a Connecticut municipality (hereafter referred to collectively as "the TOWN"), and {CONSULTING ENGINEER INCORPORATED}, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTING ENGINEER" and, together with the TOWN, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
