THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT entered into this day of September, 2019 by and between Nassau County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and though its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter the “COUNTY,” and the Nassau Crossing Owners Association, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter the “NASSAU CROSSING HOA,” for the responsibilities for maintenance of the Nassau Crossing PUD William Burgess Community Park, hereinafter the “Park.”
