IT IS HEREBY AGREED, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants hereinafter set forth, by and between the Board of Education of the Worthington City School District (the "Board") and Thomas J. Cusick (the "Treasurer") that the Board, in accordance with its action by Resolution recorded in the Minutes of its Meeting held on the 14th day of September 2020, hereby employs Thomas J. Cusick as the Treasurer of the Worthington City School District for a term commencing on October 1, 2020 and ending on July 31, 2024, and the Treasurer hereby accepts such employment and agrees that he shall perform the duties of Treasurer in and for the District as those duties are prescribed by the laws of the State of Ohio, by the Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Board and by this Contract.
