This agreement is entered into on (Date) by and between The Center for Dairy Excellence Foundation of Pennsylvania (DEF), a Pennsylvania charitable nonprofit corporation as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), and the initial steering committee (Committee) leading the development of the Pennsylvania Ag Discovery Center, a destination and tourism location educating visitors on Pennsylvania’s agricultural industry and workforce development opportunities within the ag sector.
