THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (the “Warranty”) is granted by Battenfeld Technologies Inc. (“BTI”) This Warranty is effective from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser of any knife or cutlery product under Schrade®, Old Timer®, Uncle Henry®, ImperialTM, Smith & Wesson® or M&P® brands (the “Product(s)”). In order to be eligible for service or replacement under this Warranty, the original retail purchaser (the “Buyer”) must return a completed authorized warranty card, or register online at http://www.btibrands.com/warranty within thirty (30) days of purchase
