This Limited Liability Company Agreement (“Agreement”) of IETF Administration LLC (the “Company”), effective as of August 27, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and among the Company and the Internet Society, a Washington, D.C. non-profit corporation (the “Member”).
