In this agreement, references to ‘you’ means each account holder and owner of a holding, jointly and severally and any person who holds office in an entity which is a customer. References to ‘Futu’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ are references to Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd ACN 095 920 648, trading as Moomoo AU (Moomoo AU) or any of its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) (Futu Group).
