The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and main- tain collective bar relations between the Hospital and the nurses this Agreement; to providefor on-going means of communication between the Association and the Hospitaland the prompt dispositionof grievances and the final settlement of disputes and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
