The Agreement is entered into, by and between the Trustees of the California State University, which is the State of California acting in a higher education capacity, through its duly appointed and acting officer on behalf of California State University, Sacramento, for the benefit of its College of Education, hereinafter collectively the “UNIVERSITY” and Yuba City Unified School District hereinafter called the “HOST”. UNIVERSITY and HOST are collectively referred to as the “PARTIES.”
