Attached is a professional services agreement with Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. to conduct a General Aviation Rates & Charges Analysis. We are unaware whether or not this type of project has ever been completed at RAP in the past. We feel it is a necessary practice to ensure that the airport rates & charges remain competitive.
