These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms and Conditions"), which are an integral part of the Commercial Proposal apply between your company as identified on the Commercial Proposal (the "Customer", "you" or "your"), and Subleeme SA, known under the commercial denomination of "Bsit", with registered office at Avenue Louise, 120, 1050 Brussels and registered with the Crossroad Bank of Enterprises (RPM Brussels) under number 0632.842.351, and with VAT BE0632842351 ("Bsit", "we", "us" or "our"). (These Terms and Conditions and the Commercial Proposal are collectively known as the "Contract").
