For this purpose, Executive’s “qualifying family members” are his spouse and dependent children to the extent they are eligible for, and elect to receive, continuation coverage under such Section 4980B and Section 601 et seq. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary (except for Paragraph 3(i)), COBRA Continuation Coverage under this Agreement shall terminate for any individual when it terminates under the terms of the applicable benefit plan of the Company in accordance with such Section 4980B and Section 601 et seq.
