This Agreement between You and TicketPeak Inc. (TicketPeak), an Illinois Corporation whose place of business is 641 S Bodin St., Hinsdale, IL 60521, governs Your purchase and use of TicketPeak application licenses. It is legally binding and is effective as of the date You accept this Agreement, by clicking the box that says You accept this Agreement or by using the TicketPeak application or by signing a document stating Your acceptance. By clicking this box You also agree to the terms set forth in the TicketPeak Privacy Policy. You may not use the TicketPeak application if You are not of legal age to form a binding contract with TicketPeak.
