This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Centuri Construction Group, Inc. (“Centuri” or “Company”), a Nevada corporation, and James W. Connell, Jr. (“Employee”) on this 20th day of March, 2017 (the “Effective Date”).
