This DPA stipulates the legal obligations of the Parties regarding data protection resulting from the processing of personal data related to the contract dated 2020-05-01 (hereinafter also referred to as “Main Contract”). The DPA applies to all activities associated with the Main Contract during which employees of the Contractor and/or third parties subcontracted by the Contractor have access to per- sonal data provided by the Client.
