Application Systems (“AS”)Terms and Conditions • September 11th, 2020
The terms and conditions detailed herein, together with the NI Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale available at ni.com/legal incorporated by reference in its entirety (“Agreement”), apply to your (“Customer,” “You,” and “Your”) purchase from NI of any of the Services for Application Systems (“Services”) or Service Programs for Application Systems (“Service Programs”) described in this document. Application Systems (“AS”) is an integrated system of hardware, software, and services that is packaged, promoted, and sold to address a specific set of customer needs. Application Systems have system-level specifications, support, and maintenance. Services described in this Agreement are offered solely to the AS listed in Attachment A. NI means the National Instruments Affiliate identified on the quote, order acknowledgement, or invoice, or in the absence of an identified National Instruments Affiliate, then National Instruments Corporation.
