(Z-Tel), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 601 South Harbor Island Boulevard, Suite 220, Tampa, Florida 33602 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.
