This Purchase Order for StandardAero and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, constitute the only terms and conditions applicable to the provisioning of Goods, Services and Deliverables between the parties, unless this Purchase Order is being issued under a Purchase Agreement. These Purchasing Terms and Conditions together with attachments appended hereto will comprise the complete and exclusive agreement ("Agreement") for these Goods, Services and Deliverables.
