Assumption Of Risk -- I assume the risk of injury or death which may arise out of the ordinary activities which take place in, around, and traveling to and from Mad Housers functions. I understand that I am volunteering at my own risk and I am aware of the risks involved. I understand that my willingness to assume the risks of injury or damage while volunteering is necessary to protect the Mad Housers not-for-profit organization from any losses due to such potential liability.
