Any monies received by Luke Sheehan for occupancy of this vacation rental property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. This rental agreement is entered into by and between the Renter, hereinafter referred to as guest(s), and Luke Sheehan hereinafter referred to as Owner.
