TRILOGY 5G BROADBAND OF FLORIDA, LLC dba Airlink Connect Broadband on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries authorized to provide the Service set forth herein ("Airlink") will provide its wireless broadband Internet access service ("Service") to you ("Subscriber") in accordance with these terms and conditions, which terms and conditions incorporate the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP"), the Network Management Policy (“NMP“), and the Privacy Policy, as they may be changed by Airlink from time to time (collectively, the "Terms of Service”). Subscriber's use of the Service shall be deemed acknowledgment that Subscriber has read and agreed to the Terms of Service. Any Subscriber who does not agree to be bound by the Terms of Service should immediately stop use of the Service and notify Airlink's customer service department at the number provided on your billing statement to terminate the Service.
