This AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated and effective as of this First (1) day of January 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the SOUTH BALDWIN COMMUNITY THEATRE, an Alabama mutual benefit nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation (“SBCT”) and the CITY OF GULF SHORES (“CITY”), in Gulf Shores, Alabama, as described below. SBCT and CITY are referred to singularly as a “party” and collectively as the “parties” on a generic basis.
