This MOU is effective as of the date of signature by the Chief L aw Enforcement Officer of each Participating Agency and applies to all activities engaged in by the Participating Agency and shall continue in full force and effect until cancelled by one of the Participating Agencies in accordance with Section IX of this MOU. The designated representative identified below represents that he is authorized by his jurisdiction or Participating Agency to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Participating Agency.
