hereinafter known as the "Publisher," and the State Board of Education of the State of Georgia, hereinafter known as "State Board", only upon an affirmative act of approval by the State Board of specific materials submitted by the Publisher. The State Board’s approval is indicated by the signature by the State Board's designee on this Agreement indicating such approval of the Publisher’s Textbook/Instructional Materials (hereinafter also referred to as “Learning Resources”).
