This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of July 13, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between PTC Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Pierre Gravier (as more fully specified in Schedule 1.1, “Executive”). This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of April 18, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between PTC Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Matthew Klein (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Employment Agreement between the Company and Executive dated October 28, 2019 (the “Prior Agreement”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Company and Executive agree as follows:
