If any contradictions between special provisions of the Agreement, general provisions of the Agreement and/or annexes to the Agreement arise when interpreting the content of the Agreement, special provisions of the Agreement shall prevail primarily, general provisions of the Agreement shall prevail secondarily, while annexes to the Agreement shall prevail in the order, in which they are specified in Clause 9 of the special provisions of the Agreement.
