Bhd. (“the Developer”), the Assignor/Customer and Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur (“the Proprietor”) dated 09th day of May, 2007 it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer:-
