Welcome to Tokem. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) between Tokem Corp. and/or its affiliates, licensors and content suppliers as the case may be (“Tokem”, “us,” “we,” and “our,”), the owner and operator of the website, www.tokem.co (the “Site”), and you (“you”, “your” or “user(s)”), a user of the Site, regarding your use of the Site and Services and your purchase or attempted purchase, and Ownership of any non-fungible token that was originally minted, offered or purchased on the Site and Services (a “Licensed NFT”). Tokem Sites, applications, and services provided by Tokem shall be known collectively as the “Service” or “Services.” The Terms may be amended from time to time.
