This SOLAR POWER LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Frederick, Maryland with a principal place of business at 101 North Court Street, Frederick, MD 21701 (“Licensor”) and Swanton MD ANEM #1 Solar, LLC , a Delaware Limited liability Company, with a principal place of business at 111 Speen Street, Suite 410, Framingham, MA 01701 (“Licensee”). Each of Licensor and Licensee are a “Party” and collectively are the “Parties”.
