This DocuSign Master Services Agreement for Public Sector Resale Customers (“MSA”) is made between DocuSign, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“DocuSign”), and the customer identified on the Order Form or SOW (“Customer”), together referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”, as of the date of last signature below (the “MSA Effective Date”). The Parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this MSA, including any specific services terms, product details and any applicable license and/or subscription terms will be set forth in applicable DocuSign Service Schedule(s) and Attachments (located at https://www.docusign.com/company/terms-and-conditions/msa-service-schedules), Order Form(s) and SOW, each of which become binding on the Parties and are incorporated into this MSA upon the provisioning of any DocuSign Services (defined below) to Customer.
