This Strategic Partnership Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between the City of Forney, Texas, a home-rule municipal corporation situated in Kaufman County, Texas (the "City"), and Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 6 (the "District"), acting by and through its duly authorized Board of Supervisors, under the authority of Section 43.0751, “Strategic Partnerships for Continuation of Certain Districts,” of the Texas Local Government Code ("Local Government Code").
