No terms or conditions in any acceptance, confirmation, acknowledgment or invoice from Supplier, contrary to or modifying this PO Terms and Conditions or the PO (collectively this “Agreement”) will apply unless approved and accepted in the United States in a writing signed by Snap-on Logistics Company, or its parent company Snap-on Incorporated, or one of its divisions, subsidiaries or affiliates.
