WOODLAND SPORTS PARK CONCESSION STAND (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 5th day of March, 2019 (“Effective Date”) by and between THE CITY OF WOODLAND, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and LAS BRASAS EXPRESS, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Lessee”). City and Lessee shall be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
