This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Water Treatment and Delivery Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Leander, Texas (“Leander”), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, and the City of Georgetown, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“Georgetown”) on this (the “Effective Date”). Leander and Georgetown are sometimes referred to jointly in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
