With this agreement, the organization agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless North Kitsap School District, as well as all its employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising from usage of NKSD facilities. These guidelines have been declared for North Kitsap School District and any organizations taking part or participating in extracurricular activities using School District facilities. The requirements are based on the current COVID-19 Washington State phase guidelines currently in place.
