This agreement ("Agreement") describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Online Banking (“OB”) Service, the Bill Payment Service, the MX Service and the A2A Electronic Funds Transfer Service (collectively, "Services") through Apple Bank for Savings (“Apple Bank” or “Bank”), a New York state chartered savings bank and Member FDIC. It also describes the Bank’s rights and obligations. Please read it and make a copy for your records. Definitions and abbreviations appear in Section XVII.
