This “Agreement” shall confirm the mutual understanding of the terms agreed to Universal Music Publishing, a division of Universal Music Canada, Inc. on behalf of itself and the music publishing entities listed in Schedule “A” attached hereto and made part hereof (“Licensor”) and 2018 South Slave Arctic Winter Games (“Licensee”) for the use of the musical composition(s) set forth on Schedule “A” (“Composition(s)”), owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by Licensor which terms are expressly subject to the Term and Conditions set forth below.
