General Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and/or Services TERM OF AGREEMENTNovember 8th, 2021
This purchase order constitutes an offer by Holmesglen Institute (Holmesglen) to purchase the goods and/or services specified on the purchase order (PO) on the reverse of this document that has been properly authorised by Holmesglen (PO) (Goods and/or Services) from the supplier named on the PO (Supplier), on these terms and conditions and any terms or conditions set out on the PO (Agreement). The Agreement is formed when the Supplier accepts the offer by notice to Holmesglen, within 7 days of receipt of the PO or when the Goods and/or Services are supplied, whichever is earlier (the Commencement Date). The Agreement begins on the Commencement Date and Continues until the Completion Date unless extended in accordance with clause 1(b) or terminated in accordance with these terms. If no Completion Date is specified the Agreement will come to an end when all Goods and/or Services have been delivered and accepted and all payments required to be made under the Agreement have been made.
