VeriFone, Inc. (“Verifone”) and the party placing the order with Verifone (“You”) agree that the standard terms and conditions contained herein (this “Agreement”) shall govern all purchase orders which are submitted by You for Verifone products (the “Products”) and accepted by Verifone, and shall supersede any and all other terms and conditions (including those contained in Your purchase order or purchase order acknowledgment) unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
